Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your HiBy device in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
